Holy Russian Empire, Batman!

Over on American Thinker, Kim Zigfeld describes the latest round of attacks by the Russian Orthodox Church, teaming with up with the Kremlin, on its religious rivals, this time Protestants and Jews.  And she shows how the neo-Soviet state is adopting Russian Orthodoxy as its ideology, whereas the Soviet state attacked religion.  In the manner of the Tsar, Putin is attempting to constitute a Holy Russian Empire with himself holding absolute power as designated from On High.

Kim Zigfeld, vile Russophobe. What does he know about Russia?

  2. freeland ⋅

Kim Zigfield on American Thinker, where is that American Idiot blog. Seriously you guys are really scrapping the bottom of the barrel now. An article about Russian women tennis players, posting some video from a kids comedy program (a very good one at that) as real and some nonsense article about Clinton helping Obama and Putin obliterate democracy in Russia despite claiming Putins already a dictator. Dying Russia should be renamed Dying brain cells. This blog is so contradictory its comical.

    • larussophobe ⋅

If you were not such an illiterate ape you would know that American Thinker is one of the most widely read, powerful and influential political blogs on this planet. You discredit yourself with every word you utter, and make Russia look like a zoo.

      • freeland ⋅

Its less influential than “the Verge” by some margin. I laughed when I read the words blog, powerful and influential in one sentence. You are joking aren’t you?

      • Beetlejuice ⋅

Sure it’s widely read. If you happen to be from places like Armpit, Mississippi. The childish language, the tone of the words, the name calling all point to emotional instability. Just reading this post it is evident that you don’t have a friggin’ clue about Russia or its system. “Soviet, Russian Empire, Russian Orthodox” are just terms whose meaning are as oblivious to you as the Klingon language.

  3. freeland ⋅

lol, poor little Kim, if you don’t support a church your a communist and if you do well your something like a communist. I am confused, does she think that the Kremlin runs euronews or not know that euronews is broadcast on terrestrial TV in Russia? Maybe she doesn’t know that Russia has more unique internet visitors than Germany with a fiber optic network reaching as far as the Republic of Dagestan.

Though the comments section on her post on American lack of Thinking clearly expose her hate rhetoric.

    • MCC ⋅

freeland republic of dangestan; it means independent state of Dagestan or russia’s republic of dagestan or russian republic or ingushetia, chechnia in reality an indepenent states you idiotic russian baboon….Hey ANOTHER plane crashed where was volodia putin with his pathetic contraption – that poor goon volodia should be gliding all over russia looking for the planes in distress..and for cranes too…

      • freeland ⋅

You should try using a dictionary because clearly you do not know what the word republic means! I keep thinking you can’t make yourself look any more foolish then you make a post like that. lol 🙂

        • larussophobe ⋅

Don’t you think your suggesting that we are insignificant is belied by your need to comment so many times? Do you realize that despite four comments, you have not put forth one single substantive fact indicating religious tolerance or democracy in Russia?

          • freeland ⋅

lol, you would not know a substantive fact if it hit you in the face. Lets look at my last post for substantive facts. Euronews is broadcast on Russian terrestrial TV. Something despite being notified of multiple times your blog and Kim Zigfield choose to ignore. Then there is the internet usage other facts ignored, Russia has more unique internet users than Germany and a fiber optic network even reaching the Republic of Dagestan. There are more internet users in Russia than in the UK or France. This proves all yours and Kims rhetoric as nothing more than that ill-informed rhetoric from people who clearly have never been in Russia.

So lets look at your facts then, “But the Kremlin’s insistence on criminal punishment for blasphemers who pronounced the criminal words Mother of God, cast Putin out”. Go on then show me where the Kremlin insisted this?

You guys are insignificant and my need to comment is purely for entertainment purposes. Nothing more fun than winding up a few racists.

Before you open your stupid ‘yaper’ comrade freeland, and make an utter fool of yourself with your English errors – and there are three of them in your above article of 9/12, @10:45 PM. A classic example of the pot calling the kettle ‘black.’ Sure, ‘yea’ sure you may be an American, but you still speak and use the English language, with minute modifications.

At least MCC has learned another language, i.e. English in this instance. Whereas, so I believe, you only speak and write in the one, i.e. English.

So comrade, learn another language and correspond in writing with it, and then we will see how perfect you are? Hahaha.

Finally, most European languages are phonetic. Where as with English one has to learn two languages, the spoken and the written ones. Which are totally different from each other. Right comrade???

          • freeland ⋅

Can you point out to me where I said English was my first language? What idiots, one says I am Russian another says I am American.

Though you know somebody has nothing intelligent to say when they show up acting as the grammar police. Though I often find it funny when a self appointed member of the grammar patrol posts sentences like “Finally, most European languages are phonetic. Where as with English one has to learn two languages, the spoken and the written ”

            What an idiot!

            • Bohdan ⋅

One piece of advice comrade, your comments about grammar police just shows how far you are from reality.

Grammar police? What communist text book did you borrow that from? Or is it your limited knowledge running wild again. Oops, I mean still.

What an imbecile, but then what can be expected from a brainwashed communist.

              • freeland ⋅

So now ur grammar police idiocy hasn’t worked ur now trying the old he’s a communist. Seriously is that the best you can come up with. Have you no thoughts that involve original thinking.

You call me an imbecile yet you made a grammatical error while being critical of grammatical errors. Do u know how foolish that makes u look.

That obssessive usage of RUSSIAN Rep. of Czecznia, Russian Rep. of Ingushetia, Russian Rep of Tatarstan instead of simple Rep. of Checznia, etc, shows how paranoic russia is – It seems that the people of N. Caucasus have total contempt for everything russian – they simply want their respective INDEPENDENT states…Is it so difficult to understand???

          • Rare_F5_Twister ⋅

No they are not called that way. They are called Chechen Republic, The Republic of Ingushetia, and the Republic of Tatarstan respectively. None of the Russia’s federal subjects contains the word “Russian” in its name.

No they don’t want their Independent states, instead there are some terrorists backed minor groups who want that. And no, the Republic of Tatarstan is not in the Northern Caucasus.

You stinking, jumping, smoking ball of shit. Every word that you say is a lie and drivel.

            • Manfred Steifschwanz ⋅

Keep in mind however, Rare_F5_Twister, that he’s one of the absolutely brightest Psheks throughout history. The worse for his country, no doubt.

            • MCC ⋅

Kleina Schwaine, Rare F% twister, etc. and com. You can use any vulgarity imaginable, but it won’t change the simple fact that russia IS disintegrating and you poor russian bastards can do NOTHING. Putin, pacified Chechnia in the most barbaric russian way – slaughtered half of the population – there were rivers of blood all over the country. And, now, to keep Chechnia under russian control those poor russian baboons ‘rebuilding’ the country, with the biggest mosque in Europe, building infrastructure, schools, hospitals, with russian money – preparing Chechnia for future independence……???

              • Rare_F5_Twister ⋅

Hey Dildo! Try and cure your dyslexia first. This blog for 5+ years is trying to convince people that Russia is disintegrating, but so far nothing ever happened. Russia is still there alive, well and growing despite all the rabid dogs like you. Previously you said that the largest mosque is being built in Moscow, now you say it’s in Chechnya, you darned condom. Go stroke yourself.

                • freeland ⋅

Don’t worry I don’t think anyone even the Russophobes take MCC seriously. He still claims Russia started the war with Georgia in 2008 in contradiction with the COE report, the US ambassador to Russia and video evidence. I am also still waiting for him to show apparent vivid images of Russian soldiers stealing toilet seats.

                  • MCC ⋅

Putin and medvedev stated that the war was planned in 2006 to prevent Georgia joining NATO – any problems with their statements??? A propos, any new plans for poor volodia’s adventure – what a cosmic embarrassment – I thought that dymasza pieskov [whoof, whoof] will control volodia a little better….putin a duck on crack, indeed….

                  • MCC ⋅

freeland, who takes the duck in crack – Putin seriously – only subhumans called russians…..

                • MCC ⋅

Until now the largest mosque is in Groznyi, but just recently, the proud moscovites revealed the plan to build the BIGGEST MOSQUE IN EUROPE.IN MOSCOW…..

                  • Manfred Steifschwanz ⋅

Q: Why doesn’t mccusa stand up to the above challenge by building a nearby Paedophile Convent, a.k.a. as a Catholic Boarding School, with a view to bring the absolutely pure and true Holy Gospel to Russia?

A: Psheks are just a bunch of ignorant, unimaginative, lazy slobs.

            • MCC ⋅

hey onan onanovicz onanov let me use your true russian name – russia’s stand for Palestine’s independence is admirable let’s include Tatarstan, Chechnia, Ingushetia, Dagestan, it is pure logic…

              • MCC ⋅

Whoops, I forgot Karelia, the stolen pure Finnish territory should be returned to Finland. And what about Kalininininingradd, better known as KONIGSBURG, the magnificent 1000-year old hanseatic Baltic city the home of Emmanuel Kant, that was stolen by russian and, of course, turned into the unwashed public toilet…

              • freeland ⋅

This again shows the lack of knowledge from the buffoon MCC. Chechnia and Ingushetia used to be one republic and broke up into two because the Ingush do not want independence. As for the Chechens if they want independence then if they return to there traditional homelands in the mountains I would be pretty sure they would have a chance of getting it.

                • MCC ⋅

freeland, russia will be fighting the civil wars over EVERY territory, autonomous republics etc. for the next 100 years …

                  • freeland ⋅

Claiming the Ingush want independence shows a complete and utter lack of knowledge. The fact that you can only name two out of over 50 nations in the Caucasus who questionably want independence shows you r once again talking rubbish.

Do you have the link for those vivid images yet?

              • Manfred Steifschwanz ⋅

Jesteś bardzo inteligentny, mimo że jest Polakiem – gratulacje!

            • MCC ⋅

I know, I know it is painful to admit that russia is disintegrating…A propos, Chechnia, Chechen people ‘wanted’ to stay within russia so ‘badly’ that putin in order to encourage them to stay within russia had to slaughtered half of the population of Chechnia – there were rivers of blood all over Groznyi…. I don’t think that Chechen people forgot that….

  4. Rare_F5_Twister ⋅

La Russophobe, with respect to your concerns about the new visa agreement. That’s the perfect example of your failure to do your own research. Instead of tweeting McFaul you could just have visited the US Consulate in Moscow website to find out what a mind blowing pack of papers and documents should the Russians hand to the consular officer in order to demonstrate that they have strong ties to their country of residence and must show that they intend to depart the United States after their temporary stay. After that no one being compos mentis would claim that Russia benefited more than the US from the new visa agreement.

Having said all that, I strongly agree that the Orthodox Religion is emerging as a new ideology for the state of Russia. That is totally embarrassing considering how corrupt and criminalized the ROC really is. I remember visiting the Christ the Savior cathedral a couple years ago as a part of sightseeing tour. There was a parking lot just at the staff entrance of the Cathedral. (If you stand at the river bank and look at the Cathedral, the staff entrance is to the right and downhill the Cathedral building, so the staff premises are in fact in the basement). The parking lot was packed with expensive cars including but not limited to Aston Martin and the freaking Maybach. One could only imagine what kind of priests reside in there.

I have one question though regarding one of the statements of your article on the American Thinker. Do you seriously believe that if a court ordered a building to be demolished the owner should receive a warning directly from Kremlin?

  5. Beetlejuice ⋅

Can somebody tell me what kind of a world we live in, where a man dressed up as a bat, gets all of my press? This town needs an enema (toot-toot).

  6. mingthemerciless ⋅

Well, your Putin KGB kind gave the Russians their enema all right…remember in WW II when they detected escaped Vlassov’s officers solely by their accent? Since that, not a single Russian speak better than a mobster…in all human languages, the Oligarchs speak somewhat different than us of the Oi Polloi excepted for the communist Oligarchy.

Of course, since you bolsheviks are nothing but a Mafia of cutthroaths, you have to sound like you are a whore or a sordid pimp to not be murdered on the spot as a Vlassov’s free man!
