Victor Yanukovich: Public Enemy #1 in Ukraine

A few hours ago, an arrest warrant issued in Ukraine for former president and Kremlin stooge Victor Yanukovich, who is now in hiding just like Saddam Hussein after being ousted from power.  The warrant charges Yanukovich, Russia’s man in Ukraine, with mass murder.

Over on the powerful and influential American Thinker blog, LR publisher and founder Kim Zigfeld tells the breathtaking story of how Yanukovich and Yulia Tymoshenko are about to switch places. It is the story of the greatest foreign policy failure of the Putin regime and a triumph for democracy and the people of Ukraine.  But the looming threat of Russian military intervention, especially in Crimea, has not been fully excluded as yet.

It’s worth also taking a look at what LR said about Yanukovich back when he took power.  In fact, LR covered him even earlier than that, he was one of the very first topics addressed by the blog in its first months of operation back 2006.

More like a triumph for another gang of thieves, with the robber baroness Yuliya Tymosheko preparing to take residence in Viktor Yanokovych’s estate and continue to thrive on the impoverishment of the Ukrainian people. And why not since the two have been in bed together for years? NOTHING in Ukraine has changed. The mafia is still in power, the 23 year old “democracy” is still in place. All of Yanukovych’s cronies will find new positions or retain their old ones in Ukraine’s government. The only question is, when will the pogroms begin against Russians, Jews, Poles, Gypsies, “blacks” (foreigners), and gays? It’s worth taking a look at what little Kim has said about Yanukovych if you want to read a good comedy.

EVERYTHING has changed!!! You know it better than someone else. That’s why you’re so much afraid… Unexpected clusterfuck for you and your lovely putin. I hate to talk to you loosing my time. Ukrainians never did a nationalist pogroms in their country! If you’re talking about the pogroms now – they can only be a political, against total brazen kremlin power.

    • Ron Jeremy ⋅

Of all the polarizing propaganda from both sides.

Worse than the West. I thought that you Russians were different from the West. The West loves money, but now you Russians have removed your masks, or maybe that old Russians never changed anyways.

Like Hitler. Hitler invaded foreign countries to protect his Germanic people. Putin invades to protect his Russian people. Maybe Italy should invade the US to protect all the Italian bloods, France invades Canada, and Spain invades Mexico, California, and Argentina.

Worse than Muslims. These torjan horses start planting foreign flags, never mind religious buildings. Both have trouble integrating as immigrants. Either stay in a foreign land as a guest or integrate. You want to take over a foreign country using squaters rights, or pretending to be a friend? Who would
be so low? At least a prostitute requires payment to ‘love’ you, but these other types enter your house as friends, and later take your house and cut your throat. The Russians in Ukraine must learn Ukrainian. You don’t like that? They why did the Ukrainians have to use Russian? Next time don’t only think of yourselves. Karma.

Never expect when the time for war arrives that your immigrant population will fight for you. Watch out Germany, you are within the crosshairs of the Turks. Continue to be naive to your future

detriment. Liberal ideology is nice when stomachs and bank accounts are full, but reality will hurt.

Pay back of debts. Give Tartars back their land. Show me just how honorable the Russians are. Pay for all the Ukrainians killed by the former leader of the USSR that sat in Moscow and whose hand commanded all those ethnic Russians to eliminate the Ukrainians. One way street. No one likes to admit their
mistakes, and pay for them. We all pay for our mistakes and for the hurt to others, sooner or later.

Forget this babble of right-wing extremists in the Ukraine. There are extremists in every country and in governments also. Stop using the ring-wing extremist excuse to justify your pride. These gorillas and pitbulls will be put back in their cages.

Official languages. Give Tartars and Ukrainians their official languages in Crimea. You lost Crimea and the Black Sea before to the English. Ok, maybe Crimea is more Russian than Ukrainian. I don’t know the full history. Krushi gave the keys of the Russian’s car -mea to the Ukrainians, big mistake. Never
give the keys of your car to your neighbor just because he has a beautiful wife. Ukrainians and Russians never forget that rule unless you are truly men of God. So make Russian the official language in Crimea, and let Russia take Crimea. Ukrainians leave Crimea. Russians leave Ukraine, including the east. Ukrainian is the only official language of Ukraine. Each man has his own house and no more sharing. That is wisest for the human animal. Keep them separated like animals in a zoo. Never believe stories of brotherhood since Cain killed Abel. Brotherhood is for holy people, the rest of us need to be kept separate.

Do not repeat the mistakes of the Communists and Fascists. The young generation must kick the old buggers the hell out with their Communism and Fascism. Remember, and do not eat either of that vomit your fathers ate.

Time for a new world soon, good bye to you oldies.

This is nothing new. Europe is taking everything off Putin, Starting with his food, all the agricultural produce will go west and whatever scraps Poo Tin can afford with his oil money he will get for top dollar. With the rouble being worth less than monopoly money ordinary russians will be in for a rough ride, inflation is already ten percent.

    • Beetlejuice ⋅

You’re right. One gang of mobsters losing power to other mobsters is nothing new in the ex-USSR. But being that the ruble is so worthless its no wonder Putin does his business with dollars and euros, his money is no where near being depleted what with being such a valued partner to the West. In the mean time ordinary Russians and Ukrainians will continue to suffer as they have been since 1991.

      • hotspur666@breakthru.com ⋅

        “valued partner to the West”
One wonder what planet you scuttle about?
        Oh! Yes, planet cockroach!

LR, your coverage of this is brilliant

Putler is trying to do everything he can to provoke Ukraine into firing the first shot – that includes running tanks at high speed up to the eastern border of Ukraine

Lavrov has come out – again – with the standard Kremlinoid pretext for invading other countries – “protecting Rashan citizens”

One of the best comments I have seen about this is:

“Ukraine gets rid of a goldentoilet-bowl s#itting president – can somebody please explain how this harms Russians in Ukraine?”

Putler is panicked – the Ukrainians have given Russians ideas about not living under a Kremlinoid corrupt dictatorship, and he is doing everything he can to preserve his Kremlinoid wealth and palaces.

And that includes trying to disrupt the upcoming May presidential elections.

You might find this bit of history interesting, when the Rooshan empire took over Crimea from the Ottoman empire in 1783. Prior to that, the Romans had been there, the Greeks, Armenians, Turks, Tatars and others.

Potemkin’s secret instructions included: liquidating any opposition, including military force, if necessary, and eliminating elections.

oh – and preparing the people to become subservient via Rooshan citizenship.

Catherine the Great was in charge at the time – most Russians do not know that she was from Prussia.

    • Beetlejuice ⋅

Considering it was written for lemmings in early elementary school fashion, you would think so, Elmer.

“Putler is trying to do everything he can to provoke Ukraine into firing the first shot – that includes running tanks at high speed up to the eastern border of Ukraine”

Russian forces have already entered Ukraine, and will be met by the same Western inaction as the war with Georgia in 2008.

“Putler is panicked – the Ukrainians have given Russians ideas about not living under a Kremlinoid corrupt dictatorship, and he is doing everything he can to preserve his Kremlinoid wealth and palaces.”

Like what? An equally corrupt gang of thieves that will continue to keep Ukrainian lives in third world conditions? If its the Russians its dictatorship, if its Ukraine or Georgia its the poster boy for human rights and democracy, right?

Elmer my lad, are one delusional little chap.

      • elmer ⋅

Beetle, Ukrainians came out to EuroMaidan because yanukonvikt failed to sign the Association Agreement which was viewed as a way out of the brutal corruption in Ukraine.

Then yanukonvikt sent in his goons to beat protesters, and after November 30, people protested against yanukonvikt plus the brutal corruption in Ukraine.

When protesting civilians were killed by snipers, with the assistance of Kremlinoid operatives stationed in Ukraine, that intensified the protests against yanukonvikt.

Right now, regardless of how you characterize it, Ukrainians have seen the spectacularly garish results of yanukonvikt’s corrupt system in the form of palaces of yanukonvikt and his cronies, up close.

And the first huge significant steps have been taken to change the system to eliminate corruption and to implement a fuller democracy.

Putler is trying to disrupt all of that.

Prior to this, Georgia reformed itself significantly and has eliminated corruption.

The gang of thieves, the fascists, the thugs, the mafiosi are Putler and his Kremlinoids.

        • Beetlejuice ⋅

You couldn’t be more wrong, Elmer if you said the sky was purple. Yanukovych’s refusal to sign a deal with the EU caused a split in Ukraine’s ruling crime syndicate after e received a massive bailout package from Putin. This was the cause for the protests, which unfortunately rallied behind the pro-EU gangsters thereby eliminating any potential progressive struggle.

“Right now, regardless of how you characterize it, Ukrainians have seen the spectacularly garish results of yanukonvikt’s corrupt system in the form of palaces of yanukonvikt and his cronies, up close.”

And what do you think is going to happen, Elmer? You think your Ukrainian “democrats” are going to turn Yanukovych’s estate into a hospital for the destitute or convert it into flats for the homeless? No, that would be Communism. One of two things will happen: 1) Some pro-EU thief most likely Yuliya Tymoshenko will move in and take up residence and continue thriving on t impoverishment of the Ukrainian masses. 2) The new government will auction Yanukovych’s property to the highest bidder and pocket all the money.

“And the first huge significant steps have been taken to change the system to eliminate corruption and to implement a fuller democracy.”

Like what? Replacing the pro-Moscow gang of thieves with the pro-EU gang of thieves where only their allegiance is what defines their corruption? As I said, boy; you are a delusional romantic.

“Prior to this, Georgia reformed itself significantly and has eliminated corruption.”

          Sustained.

“The gang of thieves, the fascists, the thugs, the mafiosi are Putler and his Kremlinoids.”

Uh-huh, and the Ukrainian protesters waving the black and red flags chanting “Kill the Russians! Kill the Jews! Kill the Poles! Kill the Gypsies! Kill the blacks! Kill the gays!” were human rights activists struggling for freedom and democracy in Ukraine.

          • elmer ⋅

Beetle, you are spreading lies – shame on you.

Right out of the Kremlinoid script.

I did hear Ukrainian protesters chanting банду геть

            слава Україні

There was nothing about killing anybody.

yanukonvikt was never going to sign the Association Agreement, nor was he going to implement democracy – rather he was implementing dictatorship – and everyone has seen the graphic results in his several garish palaces

shame on you for spreading lies

            • Beetlejuice ⋅

Elmer, as usual the dashing and romantic version is the only one you really like to swallow. I remember back in 2008 your comment hailing the pro-Nazi Ukrainian Insurgent Army, despite the fact that they butchered some 80,000 Polish civilians and a countless number of Russians, Jews, and Gypsies for the Nazis. But you think they were freedom fighters simply because they fought the Russians. Political bias or ignorance? Tell me, please. Clearly you only hear and see what you want.

Who do you think chants Слава России in Russia? The same types that were chanting Cлава Україні. Oleh Tyahnybok, head of the fascist Svoboda party and one of the leaders of the protesters is an open racist, anti-Semite, anti-Russian and anti-Polish chauvinist. In addition to the “Right Sector” of Dmytro Yarosh.

Recall the so-called “Orange Revolution” if you will. The last time the Ukrainian ruling mafia split in two. What ended up happening? Yanukovych was sacked and two years later he was back at Yushchenko’s side serving as PM, and all of his cronies were back in the Ukrainian government. Nothing changed just as nothing will change since Yanukovych’s ousting.

“yanukonvikt was never going to sign the Association Agreement, nor was he going to implement democracy – rather he was implementing dictatorship – and everyone has seen the graphic results in his several garish palaces”

Yes we have. And my money is on Yuliya Tymoshenko to either move into Yanukovych’s palaces and lavish in his property or auction them to the highest bidder and wallow in the millions if not billions of dollars she makes. Your definition of democracy is anyone anti-Russia. The reality is Ukraine has been a “democracy” since 1991 just as Russia has.

              • elmer ⋅

you are reading your Kremlinoid script very well, Beetle, complete with the usual “nazi” and other sovok mythology references.

When they chant слава Україні today in Ukraine, in the 21st century, which Kremlinoids have yet to join, they chant:

                – for democracy
                – against corruption
                – for a sovereign, free, united, independent Ukraine, free of Kremlinoid imperialism
                – for human dignity and European values

when they chant cлава росии in the Roosha, they are chanting:

                – for Putlerism and his “strong” corrupt dictatorship, complete with “managed democracy,” and kleptocratic oligarch

                – for Rooshan imperialism, for the “glory of moozer oily orthodox roosha”

                – for vodka

                – for the money that they are paid to chant

Ukraine has already returned to the 2004 constitution, which eliminates yanusvoloch’s dictatorship.

The people will not let those in government in Ukraine stop there as far as reforms are concerned.

Seriously, Beetle, repeating the same old tired Kremlinoid sovok mythology doesn’t “resonance” anywhere – too many people have grown up without having “Victory Day over the Fascists” drummed into their head every single day, day and and day out.

And here’s an article especially for you:

                http://www.aim.org/special-report/russias-war-on-ukraine/

                Russia’s War on Ukraine

and a picture of lying sack of s*it Putler:

Kremlinoids love misery – it makes them happy.

                • Beetlejuice ⋅

Wrong, boy. I’m reading history. I know damn well that the Ukrainian Insurgent Army was a pro-Nazi group of cutthroats that you admire so much because they fought against the Red Army.

“When they chant слава Україні today in Ukraine, in the 21st century, which Kremlinoids have yet to join, they chant:

                  – for democracy
                  – against corruption
                  – for a sovereign, free, united, independent Ukraine, free of Kremlinoid imperialism
                  – for human dignity and European values”

Yeah, keep telling yourself that. But we’ve already established that your view of “democracy and human dignity” is anything against Russia be it Stepan Bandera or Osama Bin Laden. Ukraine has had been a “democracy, sovereignty, free, united, independent free of Kremlinoid imperialism” since 1991.

“Ukraine has already returned to the 2004 constitution, which eliminates yanusvoloch’s dictatorship.”

And we know what came from that. The pro-West mobsters eventually got back in bed with the pro-Moscow mobsters and continued to impoverish the Ukrainian people. Now its a pro-Western mafia so you must be rejoicing.

“Seriously, Beetle, repeating the same old tired Kremlinoid sovok mythology doesn’t “resonance” anywhere – too many people have grown up without having “Victory Day over the Fascists” drummed into their head every single day, day and and day out.”

What you call “sovok mythology” is what people with a brain call historical fact. What you post is what normal people would call pulling this out of your ass, boy. Groups like Svoboda and Rig Sector are whom spearheaded the Ukrainian protests, people who want he country free of non-Ukrainians.

And thanks for the picture. It’s hilarious. I’m having a wonderful time seeing the United States politically and economically weakened after 15 years of utterly pointless wars.

  6. elmer ⋅

Putler is a liar – we know that. He is also delusional.

At the same time that he is telling Angela Merkel that he agrees to a fact-finding commission from the OSCE to investigate (false) claims of some kind of “harm” to Russians in Crimea, the Kremlinoid Dummy “registers” a law “uniting” the Rasha and Crimea, or more accurately annexing Crimea to the Rasha:

    http://www.pravda.com.ua/news/2014/03/3/7017290/

    • Beetlejuice ⋅

Oh, and one more thing: What did you particularly find brilliant in Kim’s writing on Yanukovych? When she denounces him or praises him?

  7. hotspur666@breakthru.com ⋅

Vlad Stalinovitch is supported by China…who expect Russia will be greatly weakened by this confrontation with Europe and America. Now there’s this eastern Siberia, being slowly invaded by Chinese nationals. Who’s going to stop the chingchangchongs to pull a Crimea on the Russians?…this part of the world is militarily indefensible, just like the Ukraine.
Ahhh…The Greater East Asia Co-Prosperity Sphere (大東亜共栄圏 Dai-tō-a Kyōeiken) will soon be back with us!
Same odds, really, as between Russia and Ukraine.
The Mudaks are in turn dwarfed by the monstrous might of the PLA
