Getting Russia Wrong

LR publisher and founder Kim Zigfeld’s latest installment on the powerful and influential American Thinker blog takes pundit Fareed Zakaria and former Ambassador Michael McFaul to task for their horrendous errors misjudging the Putin regime.  Reading their work, it’s genuinely terrifying that the ravings of such miscreants were elevated over the prescient insights of John McCain and Sarah Palin. Had they been elected rather than Barack Obama and Joe Biden, it’s likely we would not see Russian troops annexing parts of Ukraine and Georgia.

true. the annexation would have never occured because we would have already been fighting a proxy war with russia in syria. tensions would be high and the threat of nuclear war would be much more of a fear.

i certainly do not like obama, but i thank GOD everytime one of these situations arises that we don’t have mccain in office.

There’s a reason Americans didn’t elected that senile old bag and that Alaskan redneck. And it had nothing to do with Russia. But Crimea is NOT our problem, and Russia is no threat to the USA; it is the U.S government that is the real threat.

    • “Senile Old bag?”

She would more than likely be able to kick your *ss and dance circles around the flawed logic that is dancing around in your little head.
Why do you hate America so much? It does seem that you are fixated on hating the USA. Are you an American or just a nasty mouthed uneducated foreigner?

First of all: that was a reference to McCain, dumbass. If Sarah Palin could kick anyone’s ass (which she can’t), it would be a hell of a lot more than you can do to a soccer ball (at least Palin can see Russia from Alaska). Why are you and your kind so fixated with hating the world that you pray for an apocalyptic holocaust? I’m an American, I don’t hate the USA I hate the U.S government. There’s a difference, shithead. I don’t spy on my fellow Americans for the NSA.
